Half the fun of sending or receiving Valentine’s gifts at work is to be able to show them off to co-workers. This year we are fortunate that the 14th falls early in the week so that everyone can enjoy beautiful bouquets at work all week long. You can even go one step further, be the first, beat the crowd and have that lovely surprise delivered on Monday the 13th!

I know how these dates creep up on us suddenly in our busy lives, so I’d like to encourage you to order early and avoid the embarrassment of ordering too late! Reserve your special gift and space in our delivery schedule by ordering early – a week ahead or more is not too soon.

Although red roses are the traditional Valentine gift, flowers are just one of many gift choices for Valentine’s Day. Individual tastes vary from a masculine green plant,  a beautiful flowering plant, or a mixed seasonal bouquet, and I have all of those - and more - ready, just for you. Would you like just a little extra something to compliment those flowers? A bottle of our house label wine and a box of handcrafted gourmet confections from Spokandy Chocolatier might be the perfect addition. Of course you and your Valentine must be 21 in order for us to deliver the wine; we don't need ID for the chocolates. ;)

Have you ever scheduled a gift delivery only to discover too late that the recipient has gone home early that day? We run in to that all the time. Avoid a missed delivery by checking his/her schedule ahead and include the best phone number (cell?) to reach the recipient - just in case.

This Valentine's Day give someone your heart – literally. It is National Organ Donor Day. All our lives will eventually end. Consider leaving the legacy of life for another family.
