Wedding Flower Types

  • Arrangements: From table centerpieces to ceremony-space decoration, Woodinville Florist® will design and create your vision for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. Weddings are the perfect occasion to be surrounded by the natural beauty that flowers supply.
  • Bouquets: For wedding parties big and small, carrying a stunning bouquet is part of creating a picture-perfect wedding. We’ll make sure your bridal bouquet is ready for your walk down the aisle (and the bouquet toss at the end of the night).
  • Boutonnieres : Don’t forget the groom and groomsmen! We can design boutonnieres to match your wedding’s style.

Have an idea that’s more outside the box? No problem! We’re excited to work with the grand visions of our brides. Being creative is what we do.

Delivered Fresh to You

Woodinville Florist® will take extra care to deliver your wedding flowers in a way that makes it most convenient to you. You’ll have many things pulling on your attention that day, so we’ll work hard to eliminate all floral-related wedding-day stress. When the arrangements and bouquets arrive at your location, they’ll be vivid and fresh. We deliver to Woodinville and most locations in the Seattle area.

Professional Vision

Our professional florists will make it their top priority to help your wedding match your dreams. We are familiar with various ins and outs of the flower world, including what flower types will look good together, how to find roses that match your wedding colors, and when certain types of flowers are available. We're here to consult with you, so ask us any and all questions.

We have been designing and executing wedding visions for over 10 years. With our experience creating personalized floral visions for weddings and many other events, you can rely on us to be professional and helpful. Woodinville Florist® is ready to make your wedding vision into a reality.

Finding Your Style

Weddings reflect the personality and vision of the happy couple. Invitations, the dress, the cake — we can use all the details involved in your occasion to craft a unique bouquet that works in harmony with the other aspects of your wedding.

Traditional bridal bouquets are often filled with romantic roses, baby's breath, and hydrangeas. Modern, sleek bouquets make a statement with anemones, calla lilies, and accents of striking color. Whatever your style, we have the selection and creativity to make your flowers match the wedding-day vision you imagined.

With that goal in mind we’ve developed, and over the years refined, a 3 step process.

Step 1: The Quote

Maybe I’m too practical, but I’ve never been comfortable with the old school theory of selling the bride her flower infused, fantasy wedding expecting that she will surely find a way to pay for it. I realize that we are all bound to one extent or another by our budgets, so The Quote is where we talk dollars and sense and give you a ball park price estimate to better prepare you for your design meeting.

Here at Woodinville Florist® we recommend getting your expected flower costs as early as possible in your planning stages. The Quote is strictly a budget planning tool and will be estimated based on the number and type of floral designs you will need for your wedding.

The Quote can be done via email by filling out the questionnaire below.

Step 2: The Consult

Once you’ve gotten The Quote, it’s time to schedule The Consult. We make these appointments during the 3-6 month period prior to your wedding date. Years of experience have shown this to be the optimal time to discuss wedding flowers. All of the major items - venue, dresses, cake - that you will want to compliment with flowers have already been decided on.  Once we know those things, our expertise kicks in and we get those years of experience to work for you.

We will discuss all the details of your wedding flowers at this time; color schemes, flower types, and design styles will all be addressed. Prior to your appointment we’ll ask you to provide us with photos of your gown, your maid’s dresses and pictures of flowers you like. I call this the trailer. Like a movie, it gives us a peek at your theme and allows us to prepare some ideas in advance. Color swatches, invitations, favors and any other elements that set the style and tone of your wedding should also be brought to the meeting.

You will want to allow an hour to an hour and a half for The Design Consult depending on the size of your wedding.

Step 3: The Review

We will touch base 3 weeks before your wedding date to review your floral designs, confirm counts, and finalize any remaining details.

The Review will take about 20 minutes and can be done via email if needed.

It is our sincere hope that, by dealing with the budget up front, this 3 step process will guide you to the best floral choices for your wedding day.
